Step 1:
There are two options to start your healing journey today:
Option A
A 45-minute telehealth Holistic Health Consultation to review your health concerns with personalized recommendations to optimize your general health and wellness.
**Note:** This option does not include lab tests or follow-up visits.
Option B
I understand that everyone’s health journey is unique. Maybe you want a deeper dive in to your health concerns for ultimate healing.
Choose from one my specialized packages for hormone health optimization designed to target long lasting health promotion.
Step 2:
This is where you will receive an individualized action plan for a life long journey towards optimal health.
The goal is for this plan to be manageable and sustainable.
Both options will include the following three phase plan.

Phase 1
This phase includes Traditional Chinese Medicine face readings, iridology, pH testing, and/or nutritional response testing. These testing modalities are included in all comprehensive health assessments and programs.
- Some programs include diagnostic testing via non-invasive, at home testing.
- If your program did not include labs, then recommendations will be given and final decision is based on individual budget and needs.
Phase 2
This is the implementation phase.
You will be on this phase as long as necessary to achieve your wellness goals.
I will be here for periodic visits to check in on your progress.
If you have setbacks, which will happen, don't fret,
because I will be there for you at that time too!

Phase 3
This is your maintenance phase., where lifelong habits will be established and you will be achieving many, or all, of your health goals. This is a time for reflection, reinforcement, and looking to the future. At this point, most clients choose to maintain a follow up schedule of every 3 months for two visits, then every 6 months for a year, then yearly. This helps solidify life long habits for wellness towards longevity.
