For the last decade I have suffered from intense heartburn, poor sleep, moodiness, and painful periods, but I knew there had to be a better way!
In 2014, I embarked on a personal journey towards optimal and balanced health by incorporating alternative, holistic, natural therapies that have eliminated my heartburn, improved my sleep, enhanced my moods, and nearly resolved my painful periods.
While on this journey I came to realize that I have a strong passion for helping women achieve their best health.
